You could become pregnant even during your menstrual cycle if the moment specified by the Calculator happened to be then. In fact, Francesca Naish (see the About the Method pages) believes that when a Lunar Conception moment coincides with a menstruation, the probability of conception is very high, second only to the situation when a Lunar Conception coincides with an ovulation.
Official science cannot explain this, but there are in fact many questions about human fertility that remain unanswered by it.
